Aaron Hunter has been involved in physical fitness since the age of six years old. With a wide range of expertise in Strength Training and Conditioning, as well as a sound understanding of how to make the body stronger, Mr. Hunter leaves no stone unturned.
In this seminar, Aaron will breakdown the squat, deadlift, kettlebell swing, press, push-up, clean, snatch, lunge and pull-up. He’ll also cover core exercises, reps and set ranges for specific goals, stretching, mobility and nutrition.
Aaron Hunter holds a Bachelors in Exercise Science, and maintains the following certifications: Exercise is Medicine Level I, Kettlebell Certified, ACTION Certified Personal Trainer
