A day I love celebrating because it’s a topic I’m passionate about teaching my daughter & sharing with clients. I want them to know they’re strong, capable, and beautiful - because we’re living in a world that’s constantly telling us women, we’re not.

‘Men are stronger. Men are more capable. Men only get sexier with age, not women.’ I call b u l l s h i t.

It’s time to change the narrative. Part of doing that is bringing light to topics that are uncomfortable to discuss.

Countless industries profit off of womens insecurities - including the weight loss/fitness industry - TFW will not be one of them. We’re here to empower and lift women up. The amount of times I’ve witnessed the opposite shocks me, but it reminds me there’s work to do for future generations.

The next time you see a confident woman and an insecurity pings you (& your initial reaction is to throw shade) - shut that shit up and remember the bad ass mofo you are. No one needs to tear anyone down to be their best self.

We’re all connected - whatever energy we send out is going to come back to us at some point. It starts with us ladies, let’s celebrate our individuality and pump each other up.

full body workout with heart openers 💙 Yesterd full body workout with heart openers 💙

Yesterday we had a beautiful full moon in Leo with the main theme of opening the heart.

our heart center, also known as the heart chakra, can become closed and lower vibrations can disrupt our entire being resulting in physical and/or emotional pain. I love that @disney Moana gave a perfect backstory example - when the heart chakra is closed, (or in Te Fiti’s case - stolen) the entire system shuts down - Te Ka arises and everything suffers (Te Fiti turning into Te Ka & the island dying).

But when the heart is restored (Te Ka turns back into Te Fiti) - life on the island begins to flow freely again 💚 just like in life when you’re “in flow” ~ in alignment with your higher self.

for me, it’s through conscious awareness, compassion (for myself and others - everyone slips but let this not be confused with a lack of boundaries), and self-care practices such as movement to open the heart once it’s closed. This workout was designed with that in mind. You can practice it today to align with the energy of the full moon (energy is still potent from yesterday) or save for another day you need it.

A little challenge for my mountain climber lovers ✨: do as many rounds as possible w good form. Don’t cheat yourself! As soon as form starts to slip - that’s your number. Your choice of down center, cross body, or outside elbow. See what your intuition tells you ✨ Write down your number, be consistent, and see if it changes come the first of 2022 ✨

MODIFICATION: bodyweight. You can hover your foot or tap it down for support.

As we head into full blown holiday season I encour As we head into full blown holiday season I encourage you to be mindful of not only yourself but others around you. Although this is a time of ‘celebration’, this past weekend and this next month can be very challenging for some.

Be kind always. You have no idea what the person next to you is going through. He put this on my heart to share so if YOU’RE going through it - you’re not alone. You WILL make it out of this stronger than before and the next season just might be your best one yet. Don’t give up, the world needs you ❤️

This past weekend as I reflected on our 5th birthd This past weekend as I reflected on our 5th birthday, I couldn’t help but feel an immense amount of gratitude ❤️

From starting this business out of a room I was renting, with all my savings tied into it, saying no to other opportunities, I felt the push from God to follow my dreams.

So much gratitude to Him for making this all possible. For putting this mission on my heart and giving me the courage to continue when the going gets tough. To the people in my circle that supported and encouraged me. & last but not least, thank you to my incredible client-friends for supporting, appreciating, and seeing me. The feeling is mutual.

So simple, yet so profound. Isn’t it crazy to th So simple, yet so profound. Isn’t it crazy to think every person that has come into your life, was meant to for some reason? Not just the people who play large roles in your life, but also the everyday people we interact with - at the coffee shop, grocery store, or a stranger. Each person was meant to teach us something. Whether they brought happiness, mundane, or pain - it’s all apart of the journey.

As we head into a new week, I encourage you to notice what each person teaches you. Maybe it’s to be kind (we all need it), maybe it’s recognizing that someone’s being an asshole because they’re going through their own shit and their projection has nothing to do with you, or maybe it’s making changes in the way you interact with others if your actions aren’t in alignment.
